Privacy statement of Leisurecraft Europe

The following definitions are contained in these regulations:

Authority: the supervising authority as referred to in Article 51 GDPR and Article 6 General Data Protection Regulation (Implementation) Act: the Dutch Data Protection Authority

Personal data: any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person.

Special personal data: personal data concerning the health, religion, race, political preference, criminal past or sexual life of a natural person.

Processing of personal data: any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data, whether or not by automatic means, such as collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure or destruction;

File: any structured set of personal data, regardless of whether this set of data is centralized or distributed in a functionally or geographically determined manner, that is accessible according to certain criteria and relates to different persons;

Controller: the controller for the processing of personal data in the sense of these regulations is Leisurecraft Europe.

Processor: the person who, based on an agreement, processes personal data for the benefit of the controller without being subject to its direct authority;

Person involved: the natural person to whom the personal data relates;

Third-party: any person, not the person involved, the responsible person, the processor; or any person who is authorized under the direct authority of the controller or the processor to process personal data;

GDPR: General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council.

Leisurecraft Europe respects the privacy of all of its business connections and all website visitors. Leisurecraft Europe shall ensure that the personal data provided to it is treated confidentially and shall process personal data in accordance with the provisions in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as well as in accordance with other applicable laws and regulations. This privacy statement can be consulted at all times on this website.

Processing of personal data

Leisurecraft Europe may process personal data for the following purposes:

  • to offer our services and to execute the contract(s) that you have provided to us;
  • to contact you;
  • to invoice;
  • to comply with a legal obligation;
  • to inform you about new products and/or offers that are related to products and/or services you purchased earlier;
  • if you register for newsletters, we use your data to send the newsletters;
  • if you apply for a job with us, we use your data to assess your application and to contact you;
  • to execute market research, whether or not based on information acquired via Google Analytics.

Personal data may be processed of the following categories of people:

  • groups of persons
  • other persons involved

Types of personal data

The following personal data may be processed by Leisurecraft Europe:

  • surname, Christian name, initials, gender, date of birth, address, city, e-mail address, telephone number and such data necessary for communication;
  • IP-address, location data, browser-fingerprint, data activities on our website, as well as your bank account number;
  • an administration number;
  • data with a view to making payments and collecting receivables;
  • data other than described above of which the processing is required or necessary in connection with the application of legislation other than the GDPR.

Management and access to personal data

With the exception of statutory provisions in-laws and regulations, the personal data may only be accessed by those who are in charge of the management of the customer base and/or those who are related to the processing of personal data or who are thereby necessarily involved, including Leisurecraft Europes employees and processors.

Leisurecraft Europe uses the following online tools:

  • Google Analytics
  • Google Adwords
  • Mailchimp
  • Mollies

These online tools are also used to analyze website visitors' surfing behavior, collect website statistics, and send you newsletters. The above parties such as Facebook have their own privacy statement and bear their own responsibility for this.

Leisurecraft Europe uses cookies on its website. Cookies are small text files that are sent by a website to the browser, which data the browser then saves. With a next visit to the website the saved data is sent once again to the website by the browser. There are cookies in all types and sizes. Leisurecraft Europe uses technical cookies, analytical cookies and marketing cookies. We explain what these cookies are used for below.

    Technical cookies are necessary for the website to function properly. These cookies are needed to ensure that you have an optimal user experience. No personal data is processed with the use of technical cookies.
  • Analytical cookies
    Analytical cookies are used to collect information about how website visitors use and experience our website. This information allows us to optimize the website, to check the operation of the website and to improve the user experience. No personal data is processed with the use of analytical cookies.

    Marketing cookies, also called tracking cookies, are used to be able to follow the surfing behavior of website visitors over the internet. Security of personal data

Leisurecraft Europe takes suitable technical and organizational security measures to secure personal data against loss or any other form of wrongful processing. These measures are intended to achieve an adequate level of protection, taking into account the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the data to be protected.

Retention period

Leisurecraft Europe does not store your data for longer than is necessary for achieving the purposes for which the data was collected.

Rights of persons involved

As a person involved, you have the right to receive the personal data you provided to Leisurecraft Europe in a structured and machine-readable format and to pass this on or have it passed on to another organization.

If the basis of the processing is based on your consent, as referred to in Article 6 paragraph 1 sub a or article 9 paragraph 2 sub a GDPR, then you as the person involved have the right to revoke this consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing on the basis of the permission before its withdrawal.

All persons involved are entitled to access their file. After receiving an inspection request, Leisurecraft Europe shall inform you in writing within four weeks whether your personal data is being processed.

If the person involved finds inaccuracies in his/her file, he/she can request the correction, addition, removal or blocking. This request shall contain the changes to be made. Leisurecraft Europe shall inform you in writing within four weeks after receiving the request whether or to what extent it shall comply. A refusal shall be reasoned.

If the processing of your personal data takes place on the basis that such processing is necessary for the legitimate interest of Leisurecraft Europe, then the person involved may register his/her objection at all times. Leisurecraft Europe shall assess within four weeks after receiving the objections as to whether the objection is legitimate. If so, then Leisurecraft Europe shall end the processing.

Complaints

The person involved who believes that the provisions in these regulations have not complied with in an acceptable manner may address Leisurecraft Europe via info@leisurecrafteurope.com. The parties shall then work jointly to arrive at a solution. The person involved is also entitled to apply to the Authority or the competent court.

Changes to Privacy Statement

Leisurecraft Europe reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Statement.
